When & Where
At this time, I offer sessions only via telehealth for individuals residing in the state of Washington.
I begin with an exploratory initial session where you can get a sense of how I work and we can both start to discern if my services might be helpful for you at this time. If, after this session, either or both of us decide that another direction would better suit your current needs, I will waive the session fee and offer you referrals as I am able. If you have questions or would like to begin this process, I welcome you to reach out however you like.

I provide 50-minute sessions on a weekly basis for individuals at a rate of $140 per session. The fee is due at the beginning of each session and can be paid by debit or credit through my online billing system.
A good faith estimate of expected charges is available upon scheduling or upon your request.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance. Where cost is a barrier, I may be able to offer some adjusted rates based on a sliding scale. Please do not hesitate to inquire if you feel this would support you in getting the help you need.
